Here is an Example of our Health Warranty for all of our puppies:
I the breeder of this puppy, guarantee that the puppy is healthy and free of all communicable diseases. Once the puppy leaves the premises of the breeder, the breeder will no longer be responsible for the life, health or well being of this puppy. I have personally checked this puppy thoroughly and find no faults with the puppy, any faults will be dulley noted. I the breeder, DO NOT pay any vet bills or give any warranty on reproductive organs, canine parvovirus or any other puppy diseases. This warranty covers only LIFE THREATENING GENETIC HEALTH PROBLEM(S) that may be found by the vet of "your choice" for the duration listed. The puppy must be taken to the vet within 3 (three) business days or this warranty will be NULL and VOID. If such problem(s) are found a vet statement with the findings must be sent to the breeder for review, after reviewing I will have my vet look the statement over to determine if the problem(s) is indeed life threatening, if findings show to be a LIFE THREATENING GENETIC PROBLEM then a REPLACEMENT puppy will be given and the puppy MUST be returned to the breeder or if the puppy dies within the duration of this warranty, a necropsy must be preformed and results sent to the breeder ASAP by fax or first class mail. If the necropsy DOES NOT show that the puppy died from a genetic defect, NO REPLACEMENT WILL BE GIVEN. Necropsys can be preformed by your local Agriculature Department.
This puppy has had its' first / second / third /fourth shot(s) as stated in the medical section of the warranty and has been wormed thoroughly. It is YOUR responsibility as "NEW OWNER" to continue the puppys' care. I the breeder DO NOT cover any "Low Hypoglycemia Levels" (low blood sugar attacks). It is the new owners resposiblity to contact a vet IMMEDIATELY if puppy isn't eating.
Exact size and weight at adulthood CANNOT be guaranteed! It can only be estimated based upon the puppys' parents size and weight. All puppies are sold as "PET / COMPANION QUALITY" and ARE NOT GUARANTEED to be "SHOW / BREEDING QUALITY" unless, otherwise specified.
Also, this guarantee shall become null and void if the puppy is given ANY vaccinations within 3 WEEKS from last date that shots were administered (this does exclude Rabies Vaccination).

We will provide you with detailed information via email and you will need to read and print off the directions for your records and return the email signed and dated so we will know that you have read and received the directions.
Basic Priority Shipping is $275 for most any USA destination and everything else needed for the shipping is included (Canada, Alaska and kennel size may cause the shipping fee to vary). The shipping fee covers the appropriate size airline approved crate (standard size is 100 series and this is what our shipping fee is based upon), health certificate, travel bowls, absorbent bedding, extra nourishment, transportation fees to and from the veterinarian and airport are included. All puppies are feed, watered and allowed to potty before going into their crate. We make sure that the puppy fits perfectly in his/her new crate and can stand up, turn around and lay comfortably before he/she leaves on the flight. All Delta Pets First flights are pressurized aircrafts. This will help keep your new puppy from getting sick while traveling. All flights are pre-booked for the shortest flight time possible. All flights will be monitored closely during extremely hot or cold weather. We work closely with the airline to insure that the puppy is not being placed in any type of danger. The BREEDER is no longer responsible for the health/well-being of the puppy once it is released into the airlines possession.
We use Delta Pets First, Northwestern Airlines and sometimes Continental Airlines. Shipping’s are only done by prepaid method. WE ONLY ACCEPT MONEY ORDERS OR CERTIFIED CASHIERS CHECKS FOR SHIPPINGS (these are traceable methods of payment and this is why we require one of these two methods.)
USDA regulations require animals to be at least 8 weeks old and fully weaned before they can be shipped via air.
“Carry On” is also a great method of shipping. Delta Pets First charges $75.00 (may vary) for a one-way flight (to be collected at check-in) when traveling within the United States. It will be the “new owners” sole responsibility to pre-book the flight for you and your puppy. Please make sure that you coordinate your personal flight arrangements to fly into the closest major airport to us which will be (Charlotte Douglas International) and be sure to allow enough time to meet with us to pick up your puppy, do all necessary paperwork and to get back into the airport
Please note that if you decide to use this method, then you will need to purchase your own airline approved crate (usually a 100 series is needed) or let us know if we need to pick up one for you. The price of the health certificate and crate will then be added to the price of the puppy.
Requirements are as follows:
Your pet must be small enough to fit comfortably in a kennel under the seat directly in front of you. Maximum carry-on kennel dimensions are determined by your flight. You must contact Delta Reservations to determine the appropriate kennel size. Your pet must be at least 8 weeks old. You may not carry on more than one pet. Your pet in-cabin counts as one piece of carry-on baggage.
Pets are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Call Delta in advance at 1-800-221-1212 to arrange to bring your pet on board.
